How to Check Which Devices Are on Your Network
See every device connected to your router to spot unauthorised users or identify unknown devices.

Log in to your router admin page
Open your gateway IP in a browser and sign in.

Find the connected-devices list
Look for DHCP Client List, Connected Devices, or Device List — usually under LAN or Status.

Review the list
Note the hostname, IP address, and MAC address of each device. Unknown entries may be neighbours or unauthorised devices.

Identify unknown devices
Cross-reference MAC addresses using a MAC lookup tool (the first 6 characters identify the manufacturer).

Apps like Fing (iOS/Android) or

If you spot an intruder, change your WiFi password immediately and consider enabling MAC address filtering.
